Guidelines for Invited Lecture

An on-site presentation is required.

Oral presentation length

  • Each presenter will be given 20 minutes in total (15-minute presentation followed by a 5-minute Q&A session).
  • For sessions with a discussion, presentations will follow the designated schedule for each lecture. Detailed information for each session is available under the Program tab.

Lecture Materials Submission

  • Lecture Summary: Please submit a 1–2 page summary of your lecture (in Word format) including references. This will be included in the conference book.
  • CV Form: Complete the attached CV form and return it to us. This will be used by session chairs for your introduction.
  • Submission Deadline: Kindly provide your lecture materials and completed CV form by Friday, November 6th, 2026.
  • Please note that this information will be sent to each speaker via individual e-mail, and please reply to this e-mail.

* Day 2, Room 1 and Room 3 sessions are conducted in Korean.
Screen RatioPlease set your slide size to widescreen (16:9 aspect ratio).
FontPlease use standard MS Office fonts, such as Arial or Times New Roman.
ImageImages should be in JPG, GIF or PNG format.
VideoVideo files should be in MP4 or AVI format.
* Ensure any external files (e.g., videos, audio clips) are stored in the same folder as your PowerPoint file.

File Submission & On-site Preparation

  • Bring Your File: Please save your presentation on a Windows-readable USB flash drive and bring it with you.
  • Preview Room Check-in: Please visit the Preview Room at least 1 hour before your lecture to verify that your presentation functions properly on the provided equipment.
  • Video & Audio Confirmation: If your presentation includes video or audio, inform the staff in the Preview Room.
  • On-site Assistance: If you need any assistance, please contact the room attendant at the control desk near the podium.
  • Presenters should arrive in the session room at least 20 minutes before the session starts.
  • Please adhere strictly to your allocated presentation time out of courtesy for other speakers.

Equipment in the Session Room

  • Operating System & Software: The presentation system runs on Windows OS with PowerPoint 2021 or later. (Mac not supported)
  • Slide Control: You can navigate through your slides using a mouse from the podium.
  • Time Management: A timer will be available for your reference.
  • PowerPoint Presenter View (speaker notes view) will be available for presenters.
  • Personal laptops are not permitted for presentations to avoid compatibility issues between your device and the projector.
