REGISTRATION FEE & GUIDELINES

- Registration can be completed online without immediate payment. However, full payment must be made before the registration deadline.
- You can check your payment status by visiting My Page.
- Personal information can be modified until Wednesday, May 21, 2025.

What does the registration fee include?
- Access to all lectures, sessions, and presentations
- Lunch boxes and refreshments provided during the meeting
- A meeting bag containing the program book and other materials
GROUP REGISTRATION
- Group registration is available for groups of a minimum of 10 participants.
- Please complete the group registration form and submit it to the ISCU 2025 Secretariat via email at iscu@kacu.or.kr or fax at +82-2-373-1106.
- Group registration payments can only be made by wire transfer.
Registration Confirmation
- A registration acknowledgment will be sent to you via email immediately after completing the online registration.
- A registration confirmation will be emailed to you once the payment has been processed.
- Registrations without appropriate payment will not be confirmed until the full payment is received.
- You can print your registration confirmation letter and payment receipt via My Page.

CANCELLATION
- Cancellation must be notified in writing to the Secretariat by email at iscu@kacu.or.kr.

Refund policy for the cancellation is as follows:
Cancellation by Wednesday, May 19, 2025 : 100% refund (Bank service charges will be deducted.)
Cancellation from Thursday, May 20, 2025 : No Refund
- Note : All refunds will be made after the conference. All bank services charges and all administration fees will be deducted from the amount of refunds.
